It's getting to be that time of year again. I'm talking about cold weather. In fact there is another frost warning in effect for my area with temperatures going down to below freezing and this hasn't been the first frost warning of the year. Here in Canada the winter months are very chilly and the cold weather starts early. In fact my niece in Calgary has already had snow twice so far and it isn't even the middle of October yet.

Because it's getting colder already here it's time to start turning on the furnace again. Last year we had a lot of problems with our furnace. In fact near the end of winter it conked out. Since it was near the end of the cold weather we were able to make due with the baseboard heaters, but now that winter is closely upon us it's time to get that furnace up and running again. After replacing many parts we now have heat and having the furnace professionally cleaned this weekend just to make sure it's up and running in perfect order.

When it comes to having heat here in Canada it's not an option. You need heat! Having your furnace professional maintained is a must. The last thing you want to have is your furnace break down in the middle of the winter.
