Valentine's Day is almost upon us and many of us are thinking about purchasing chocolates, flowers, and gifts for our special someone. In my family Valentine's Day is extra special because it's my daughter's birthday. So along with checking out flowers and chocolates, I'm also checking out birthday cakes and titanium bracelets.
When my daughter was little we made Valentine's Day special by getting her not only birthday presents, but also Valentine's Day presents. We picked up heart shaped chocolates and a Valentine's stuffy for her. By getting your kids a Valentine's Day gift, even if it isn't their birthday like my daughter, it shows them just how much you love them on the official day of love, Valentine's Day.
