Mom Knows Everything

I took my son to get his compression bandage off today. He was really happy it was going to be taken off, but when they tried to take it off they had to cut some of his curls to get it off. That made me a little sad about the curls, but I know he will be able to sleep so much better with the large compression bandage off and a small head bandage on instead. He's been sleeping with me the past couple of nights because he's been having such a hard time sleep and in order to get him comfortable enough to sleep without putting any pressure on his incisions I've had to sit up and hold him while he's sleeping. That means not much sleep for me and some serious neck cramps. Thank goodness for joint pain relief cream! Hopefully now though he'll be able to sleep better and so will mommy.
