I personally have had a hard time to get my kids to brush their teeth in the past. When they were little I used to make them lie on the couch and brush their teeth for them. Now that they are old enough to do it for themselves it's a sometimes isn't easy to get them to do it. One way that I found that works for me is to brush my teeth with them. Kids like to imitate adults and it seems that whatever I do they want to do, so whenever I want them to brush their teeth I simply tell them I'm going to brush mine and they want to brush theirs at the same time. I find this is a great way to watch them to make sure they are doing a proper job on them.
