Heads or Tails is a weekly meme brought to you by the fabulous Skittles.
This weeks theme is - TAILS - Share an Autumn memory
I was planning of my children's first Halloween, but of course with run of bad luck lately my scanner isn't working right. So what should I post about....Hmmmm...When I first read this weeks theme I didn't think it was going to be that hard to think of something, but my brain is in such a fog that I'm lucky I remember it was Heads Or Tails day.
Okay think think think think....It's not working....Let me try again....think think think...nope got nothing.
Wait I thought of something!!!
As a kid we always watched The Charlie Brown Thanksgiving cartoon even though the American Thanksgiving is at a different time then our Canadian one, the Canadian stations aired it during our Thanksgiving. I was always confused after I watched though. I never quite understood why there were dressed up as pilgrims in part of it. That's not part of our Thanksgiving so I didn't quite get it, but hey I was like 5 years old at the time.

I think Charlie Brown pilgrims in Canadian Thanksgiving would be confusing at any age!
Thanks for sharing that. Late november is a quiet time in the UK - and we have to wait until Christmas for our turkey :-(

I remember those charlie Brown shows very well and loved them dressed as pilgrims. Fun to look at it from another perspective.
Pilgrims or no pilgrims, you just can't beat Charlie Brown. :)
Thanks again for your help last week!
I am having trouble of thinking of something also. Glad you eventually did come up with something
I loved that show! All the Charlie Brown specials, actually. It's the Great Pumpkin, Christmas, all of them!
Have you taken your coffee today? :):) I think better with a cup in the morning although I know it is bad for me.
His a funny ol chap isn't he.
hope to see those photos soon.
I have seen a lot of the Charlie Brown holiday shows but don't recall this one. I bet it is a good one though if it's anything like It's the great pumpkin Charlie Brown.
I STILL watch the Charlie Brown specials LOL
it seems that when Canadians celebrate Christmas, Charlie Brown is very much part of the celebration, I felt that way since last Christmas in many Canadians' blogs.... is that true?
I love Peanuts!Charlie Brown & Snoopy rock!

Hmmm. I bet that was confusing for a child!!!!
Haha I didn't know about this. Big gap?
I didn’t participate in HoTs this year, but I smiled at your remembrance of watching A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving because that’s something I’ve done for years now myself … just because.
Hugs and blessings,
