I love my dogs, but with two dogs in my house my flooring has taken a beating. Between puppy accidents and paw claw marks my flooring really needs to be replaced. They also carry a great selection of laminate flooring which is much better to have then hardwood floors if you have pets. All my hardwood floor needs to be re-sanded and varnished again because of scratch marks from the dogs paws. I definitely thinking about going with the laminate flooring this time.
I've been reading up about how to keep my new carpeting as new looking as possible while still having pets and the best advice I've read so far is to keep your pet well groomed, including their nails, make sure they get enough exercise outdoors and are potty trained. When I was 6, a puppy followed my mom home and we had it for 1day, 'cos the next day, during the walk, the owner recognizes it straight away...
though just for a day, my door and my floor was.... 'you know how its like' without me describing right?
