Aidan LOVES SpongeBob SquarePants! He was even SpongeBob for Halloween, but he has a little problem with SpongeBob. No, it's nothing personal against SpongeBob, it's the way Aidan says his name. Aidan calls him "SpongeBum", no really he does! For some reason he can say the word "Sponge" and he can say the word "Bob" separately, but when he puts them together "SpongeBob" turns into "SpongeBum". I try to correct him, but every time he says "SpongeBum" I start giggling because he says it so seriously like it's his real name.

That's so cute! My kids have words like that too... I hope they grow out of it but right now it's cute and funny!
Kids' mispelling often sounds funny to our ears. Ian sometimes did it, too. Yes, we need 'hard work' to correct their spelling since they usually very confident of what they're saying :)

Ok!This definitely made my day!LOL!Eric does stuff like that all the time and that makes me laugh like crazy!LOL!Sometime ago we had some problems with the cable tv box.So the technician came to change it.The name of the device is "Power Box"(yeah.It's in english!)So the kid was always trying to call our attention by saying it...The thing is he could say it right so he went all day long saying "Super Bock"(which is a beer brand!)LOL!

Kids come up with the most wonderful pronunciations. My nephew couldn't say "auntie", so he always called my sister "annie" when he was little. And now he's a cop... where does the time go?
so now he has Thomas and SPongebob ad friends! very cute. Syabil loves everything which comes on the disney playhouse channel, but he still loves thomas most. :)
