This weeks topic is -
Give Me Five ways to fit exercise into your life.
- Chasing after my 3 year old, he may be small, but he's quick.
- Dancing with my teenager. Although she usually ends up laughing at the way I dance, it's great exercise and fun.
- Playing ring-around-the-rosies with my son and niece. Sometimes it's hard though to get up after "we all fall down". LOL
- Fishing. No this may not seem like exercise, but you do have to walk to the best fishing spots.
- Mowing the lawn. Alright, maybe I don't do this one as much as I should since I usually get hubby to do it, but I'm going to try to do it more often.

Dancing is great exercise and fun, but sadly we aren't as hip in the dancing area as we might have once been. :-)
Hey, if the kids laugh at you when dancing, just do it as much as you can when they aren't home! LOL
I'm so happy about #4! I love fishing and you're right, it's more exercise than people would think! Great list this week, I love it!

Chasing the children was always great exercise for me...now I chase my dogs.

We have a 1/2 acre of lawn, so #5 is more like a necessity, I never thought about it being exercise, but it surely is!
Exercise that involves kids is the best! I like to dance when my girls have their music on, because they get such a laugh out of it. :)
