This week's theme/prompt is:
HEADS - Mother
HEADS - Mother
With Mother's Day coming up next Sunday my kids have been asking me what I want for Mother's Day. This got me to thinking, what do I want for Mother's Day?
Do I want flowers?

Do I want breakfast in bed?

I don't want either of those. This is all I'll ever need or want for Mother's Day.
My children

That's an adorable pic of your kiddos. :)
Thank you very much for letting me know about the spam verification on my Hip Mama Blog. I turned it off, so now it should be easier to leave a comment there. I appreciate the suggestion. :)

Carlsbad California,, it is a amusment park,,, all about legos!!!!! everything is built to look like them,, and made out of legos..... you have HAVE TO GO SEE IT!!!!!!! google it on teh photos and look,,,,
What a sweet post, Tammy. I couldn't agree with you more!
I agree. Ditto with the store bought card. I think it is a big waste of money for hubby to go out and spend money on a card. If anything, I would rather have a home made one from the boys any day.
What if your children served you edible flowers in bed?
Well said Tammy! Who needs gifts when you have your beautiful children to hug and hold!
Great photo.
aWWW! so true! What could be a better gift than a time to laugh together as a family...and spare me from the need to break up the siblings' daily wrestle...
great post!
My mother story in here thanks
Too true. Thats all I want too. My youngest son called on Sunday wishing me Happy Mothers Day. When I said I didn't think it was Mothers Day yet he said just in case he forgot he wanted to call right away. That is fine with me.
Flowers are nice, breakfast in bed is nice, even a massage is nice, but there is nothing like the time we spend with your precious ones.
What a beautiful post, Tammy!!! Got me all teary-eyed. :)
Totally agree with the sentiments of your post. Lovely photo.
That is the perfect gift. I have so enjoyed being a mother myself.
Yes … he IS a little angel with a marvelous smile and gorgeous blue eyes … but I’m sorry he woke you up. Happy ‘early’ Mother’s Day … Enjoying your kids is the best!!! The kittens are darling curled up in the dish too ;--)
I've shared memories of my mom at Small Reflections this morning.
Hugs and blessings,
breakfast in bed won't be that bad ;)
You're a lucky lady.
Can I have the kids AND a gift? LOL!
