
I've decided that my family needs to start eating healthier, and in order to achieve this, we are doing the President's Choice Healthy Eating Challenge. This is a four week program developed by a team of dieticians, who aim to provide Canadians with not only practical, but also flexible and great tasting meals that are healthy. This plan uses Superstores PC Blue Menu products to help you with your goals, whether they be lowering your cholesterol, losing weight, lowering your salt intake, or just eating better. With three calorie level plans (1500, 1800, 2100), vegetarian options, and a plan for those living with diabetes, there is one that is just right for you.

We are starting our challenge this week when I meet up with a dietican who is going to help me with identifying my families goals. For me and my daughter, those goals would be to lose a little weight, and for my husband and son, the goals would be just to eat healthier. The dietician is also going to help me plan creative meals that my family will like and still be healthy.
