PLAYING NICELY TOGETHER
While I was busy today trying to get my computer set up my kids were great! They played so nicely together that I almost thought they were up to something. We got some large boxes with a new table and chair set that a good friend of my husbands gave us and the kids made houses out of them. They played in them for a long time and made them all comfy inside with pillows and blankets and toys. They now want to go shopping for teak furniture to furnish their houses.

I see they've got the right idea, because a house just isn't a home without a dog :-) They are both so adorable and wonderful. Aurora is SO good with her little brother. I'm such a proud adopted-aunt... and that report card she got makes me even more proud!
Tell them I love them, and I'll be waving at them on the webcam as soon as their mom gets her rear in gear and gets it hooked up! (Like anti-virus stuff is more important than being able to see your BBFF making faces at you... geesh, the priorities aren't straight here!
LOL! They remind me of my boys the other day in the treadmill box! Looks like they were having a blast :0)

isn't it awesome when they get along....I use to love boxes..and making houses out of them....they were such a treat...lots of fun....they both look very happy....Yahoo!!!
Why don't you just get them some teak furniture boxes?
that's awesome they can play well in spite of the age difference. My brother and I never really played together (8 years apart). They've got the right idea about the furniture!
Awww ... now I want furniture boxes to play in! My toilet boxes aren't quite big enough. :(

That's a wonderful activity and I love those boxes. I love to collect boxes but not that big. They make a perfect house for the kids.
It's great to see kids having fun, and with the most ordinary things - far more fun than some very expensive toys!

My kids always loved boxes!!!!! I woudl go to the furn. store adn take the ones they hadn't crushed yet... the fridge ones and washer ones were really cool hope yoru puter works alot better now,,,,
