This week I am spotlighting Carrie who many of us know and love. Carrie runs three blogs Rantings Of A Woman, Jabber Jaws and Let Them Be Little.
Carrie has been blogging for almost a year now and she actually got started blogging with the help of a mutual friend of mine and hers, Kim, who I spotlighted a few weeks ago. When I asked Carrie why she started blogging she was completely honest with me. She said that she started blogging for the extra money she could earn through paid posts. While she was waiting to be approved for doing paid posting she started a family blog to keep in touch with her family that lives far away so that none of her family misses any special moments in her children's lives. But then Carrie discovered something that all of us bloggers discover, blogging is a way to meet new people and make special friendships.
When I asked Carrie how does she manage to run three blogs and raise four kids she told me that she blogs when she can. On most days she usually gets up early or stays up late to get her blogging done and when her husband gets home from work she is able to get some time to herself at the computer.
Carrie told me her favorite thing about blogging is the friendships that she has made with all of you. And since blogging is a way of making extra income for Carrie the thing she hates the most about blogging is waiting for job opportunities. A lot of of bloggers can relate to this.
Carrie gave me a message that she wants me to pass on to all of you.
"Even though things can get pretty busy around here I always try my best to visit all the great blogs on my blogroll but somedays it's just impossible with the kids but I want everyone to know that I am still thinking of you all. It's not only me getting to know everyone...my children can now put peoples names to the blogs I'm visiting. Like I have mentioned before I do everything with my kids....even blogging! LOL Thank you to everyone who visits my blog I enjoy reading all your comments and suggestions.You are the best!"
Because Carrie was in the spotlight this weeks she gets this special "I Was In The Spotlight" badge for her blogs.

I already know Carrie and regularly read two of her blogs - but I still learned some things I didn't know, because you took the time to do this post.
Carrie is right - the friendships made through blogging are the greatest gift of all!!!

I visit Carrie's blog regularly too, and I love them all. Congratulations to Carrie! She's surely a good writer and she always has something interesting to write, despite her busy schedule.
