NAUGHTY PUPPY

Our puppy, Teaka, has been very very very naughty lately.

We've had her for almost three months now and she is a part of our family. But she has been so bad lately that it's getting hard not to be mad at her. In the past two weeks she has ruined my flooring in the TV room, destroyed a area rug, ruined my sneakers and chewed up two of my bras. I realize she is just a puppy still and she likes to chew things. It's something puppies do, but she is pushing it. We have been trying to work with her and teach her not to chew on things she's not suppose to. I have to go out and buy her some new chew toys because she had destroyed all hers already. I think I need to find some indestructible chew toys...do they make those?

Bra's are too expensive to be chew toys!!! That is the biggest reason I am a cat person...no chewing!

Hey - you forgot about the couch!!! Oh yeah, anyway... I came here to defend her (cuz that's what I do - I defend canines - it's my nature)... she's just misunderstood, that's all. (Hmmmmm I'm thinking I shouldn't have reminded you about the couch now)

Oh she's adorable! What breed?

Puppies and chewing go hand in hand. Unfortunately. Good thing they're so darn cute!

My Australian Shepherd was terrible about that when she was a pup. She tore up the kitchen flooring by the front door in a house we were renting and then did it again after we replaced it.

She also chewed most of the way through the driver's seatbelt in the vehicle I had at the time. It was hanging by a few threads.

She destroyed a lot of stuff before she got out of that phase and I almost gave her away. Now, I am so glad I didn't give up on her. I would have missed out on the best dog I have ever had.
