She's taking it pretty good actually. I think it's because she's so excited about going to Florida on Tuesday. She's going to Disney World and she is so excited about it because she has never been there before. I've been running around trying to get everything ready for her trip. You just can't trust a 14 year old to pack the right stuff. LOL! I hope to get everything finished for her trip tonight, but there are still a few last minute things I'm going to do on Tuesday morning. I've had my sisters 3 kids all weekend so it's been pretty hectic with 5 kids here. I'm hoping to spend some quality time with my daughter tomorrow night before she leaves on her trip. I'm going to miss her something fierce. So how was your weekend?

MY WEEKEND
It's been a busy weekend around my house. Firstly, we had some bad news. Our daughters hamster died this morning. Poor Hamtaro! This picture was taken of him last night, but when my daughter woke up this morning he was dead.

Awww sorry to hear about the hamster, when my kids were young we had 2 of them - they were so cute.. But they only lived about 12- 18 months each..

I've got it!!! I know you'll miss her like crazy - so you're going to have to spend an extra amount of time talking to me - so I can keep your mind off of it, of course. Then - to let her know how much you missed her - you can have a new hamster waiting for her when she gets back!!! yeah, I'm a cool aunt with great ideas!

ugh...Tammy...you brave lady you...3 kids extra all weekend! I bet your exhausted...I have only had my grandson this weekend...and I feel like someone ran me over with a mac truck....LOL
Sorry bout the hamster...that kind of sucks..although I am not big on rodent type animals...

Wow, 5 kids all weekend?! Ours was pretty boring, compared to that. :)
OH poor ol hammy.....i can remember when Casper the hamster died...he actually lived longer than they said he would...2 1/2 years..pretty good...

Nothing like the prospect of spending a couple of days in the Magic Kingdom to make you forget about a hamster. Hope your daughter has a great time!
