TEAKA

This is Teaka, out new dog. She's still a puppy and rather rambunctious. Our other dog gets along with her great, but our cat, Angel, doesn't seem to like her very much. The cat scratched her poor ear and it bled quite a bit, but she didn't even seem to notice that the cat scratched her. Isn't she cute! So now we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but we live in the country with tons of room for them to run around and play.

Oh, she is cute!

Thanks for asking about Amber. She is going to school 1/2 days and feeling some better, but still frequently has pain in her stomach.

Very cute! Cats usually swat puppies to let them know whose boss early on. Although in my house, kitty as boss worked for a little while until it was one cat vs. three dogs, now it's a toss up!

I know John is thrilled to have him scampering around the house, and I know you must be thrilled as well. I echo Melinda's thoughts LOL

Cute pup. I wouldn't worry too much about Angel, they almost always go through a phase like that and eventually become friends. I've had lots of dogs and cats and its happened everytime. Usually takes a week or two for them to settle down. Even if they don't actually become friends, she will probably get to a point where she tolerates Teaka.

I'm ready to get either another kitten or puppy. Don't know which yet. Enjoy your new addition to the family!

Cute and adorable, I will have to show Blake tomorrow. My little puppy lover!

Tonight we watched "Santa Claus is coming to Town" We always look forward to catching them on tv every year.

I will have to look into finding the two movies that you have mentioned. Definitely movies I would like the kids to see.

Today I spent the day BAKING, ok maybe not the day but from after supper until 8:00pm...LOTS OF COOKIES mmm! cut out cookies, 2 batches of cookies, 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies, 2 dozen oatmeal chocolate chip...yesterday I baked 2 cinnamon loafs and 4 dozen muffins. Still more baking to come...Apple pie for Kohl tomorrow...I feel the pounds coming...eeeks

Hi :)
I have a new puppy I want to name Teaka. Do you know if it means anything in another language? My Mom is Swedish and says her Uncle used to call her "littla teaka".
Any insight would be great :)
Thanks!
