HEADS OR TAILS TUESDAY - BEGINNING(S)

I'm participating in "Heads or Tails Tuesdays" from over at Skittles' Place. Barb gives us a new topic every Tuesday and we have to decide how to blog about this. Today's topic is "Beginning(s)".

When I think of "Beginnings" I think of the birth of my children. The beginning of their lives and the beginning of my journey into motherhood.

My daughter was born on February 14th and my son was born on January 1st. I guess I just like to give birth on special holidays. My daughters birth was a 'natural' birth where I didn't have anything for the pain. Oh I wanted drugs, but was unable to get them due to some guy having open heart surgery and there being only one anesthesiologist on duty I guess they thought he needed him more than me. With the birth of my son I had an epidural thankfully. He was positioned up sided down and I had a hard time giving birth to him.

The birth of my children is my greatest accomplishment and the best thing that has ever happened to me. I guess you could say that with their birth there was it was a new beginning in my life. The beginning of motherhood.

I feel your pain with the "no anesthesia" because that was EXACTLY what happened to me--some other person was having heart surgery!! So I had a natural birth with my first son. What a great beginning!

Well done at least you experience a natural birth. I am on other hand gave birth my daughter with epidural and to my son a natural birth.

Your kids are both so cute and adorable. Aren't they a real treasure?

I am a proud mother of four amazing children. I can honestly say that I had no pain meds for any of my children. Wouldn't give it to me because they were premature. O.K for the last one I had the gas for a while. I guess that counts. I would loved to have experience the birth of one of my children with a little less pain.
But I will never know that is it for me.
Adorable pics!

They are so CUTE! I miss mine being that age. My youngest is 10. That time goes way too fast, doesn't it?

I have 4 kids and ended up having the last two without any pain meds at all.

The first time was because it went so fast, I honestly didn't have time to even think about it.

Then with my last one, the doctor screwed around until I was too far along and then wouldn't let me have any. He was 9 pounds!

Thanks for the comment on my photo.
